My scheduled time was at 9:00 AM and the technician, Thomas P., arrived at 8:21. I was impressed by the quality of work as well as the prompt and polite customer service. Ben, the Glass Tech, was very helpful in calling this morning and letting me know he was able to put me first on his list and would be able arrive in twenty minutes. Saving me time and travel to the shop. I previously was scheduled for a 3pm appointment today at the shop location and was very pleased Glass America came to me instead. I had an installation today based out of Chicopee, MA. I wanted to let someone know how impressed I was with the service and especially the technician Ben. I wish I had his last name, but his service was outstanding. I am an installation manager for a service company and I continue have to work day in and day out to have my techs demonstrate and execute the exact type of service procedure that Ben completed today. He called in advance, introduced himself, shook my hand, covered the scope of work and cost before the install, completed the install, explained the safety wait time and other necessary precautions, explained the warranty and who I should contact if I have any problems, and completed the transaction and shook my hand again. First class all the way and I could not have written any better of a scenario. Please see that he is recognized for his outstanding efforts.
