I can't believe how quickly and efficiently my glass was installed. We were very traumatized by the tornado that took the auto glass out. Getting it fixed was virtually painless. "I gladly paid more!" The windshield on my 1998 Volvo S70 needed to be replaced. I looked up 3 local glass companies, yours, and 2 others. Yours was the highest price of all 3.

Tammy was the only reason I chose to go with Glass America. She was the most professional on the phone. She gave me the price in only a few seconds. The total price, and said, "This includes our remote service, would you like to set up an appointment?".(Trial Close) LOVE IT! I replied "I am still getting quotes". She gave me a quote #9831 and asked me to call back if there was anything else I needed, or to schedule an appointment.

I called back, scheduled an appointment for February 9th 2009. Rick and Tony were "ON TIME", and replaced the windshield. It was so clean I thought I could put my hand through it like it wasn't there.

As far as I am concerned there is only one company I would use, or recommend for Glass. Glass America.
