I am writing you in regards to a windshield that I had replaced. I had my windshield replaced in Worcester, Massachusetts.I just thought you would like to know what an excellent job these guys did! From my initial phone call to and through the installation of the glass, the customer service provide was second to none! Not only did i get a great price,I got a courtesy phone call from the tech telling me he was on his way over to do the job,and then i also got a call after the job was complete! Truly top notch...I am new to the area and own a small courier company. I will be using your guys for any glass replacement that i may need in the future and also will be telling everyone i know where to go to get the best in service and glass.

Absolutely fantastic Service! I called at 8 am with a broken front passenger glass window and by noon Rick, the tech, was at my office and was able to replace the window in an efficient matter. Fantastic work Glass America your Chicopee store is outstanding and it starts with management, thank you for the expedited service Tammy!

I can't believe how quickly and efficiently my glass was installed. We were very traumatized by the tornado that took the auto glass out. Getting it fixed was virtually painless.
