To Whom it May Concern:
I find it necessary to inform you that Glass America recently replaced a windshield in my 1996 Subaru Legacy. Once we got the rain to clear and were able to schedule a date, they were on time and did a fantastic job.

They actually gave the vehicle back to me better than I gave it to them. The entire dash was clean with no glass dust anywhere.

I felt they did such a good job, exactly the way it should be that it needed to be mentioned.

I am writing you in regards to a windshield that I had replaced. I had my windshield replaced in Worcester, Massachusetts.I just thought you would like to know what an excellent job these guys did! From my initial phone call to and through the installation of the glass, the customer service provide was second to none! Not only did i get a great price,I got a courtesy phone call from the tech telling me he was on his way over to do the job,and then i also got a call after the job was complete! Truly top notch...I am new to the area and own a small courier company.
