I work at a therapeutic residential school and was teaching a class when the technician arrived. My students were very interested in watching my windshield being replaced. The technician was very professional, and was extremely kind to answer my students' questions about the tools he used and how to get into glass repair as a vocation.

From my initial phone call to and through the installation of the glass, the customer service provide was second to none! Not only did i get a great price,I got a courtesy phone call from the tech telling me he was on his way over to do the job,and then i also got a call after the job was complete! Truly top notch...I am new to the area and own a small courier company. Ben was very professional, and knowledgeable. I was having my windshield replaced on my hatchback. My hatchback's door handle had been broken for months, when Ben had the door apart to fix the window, he went out of his way to fix my door handle too! I was very pleased! The extra effort was much appreciated as now I can use my trunk again.
