The individual who installed my windshield was wonderful! He was very accommodating to my weird work schedule. We had a meeting time figured out and he must have gotten there a few minutes before me, but he was waiting patiently when I showed up right on time. I can't tell you the relief I felt knowing he waited for me to arrive. Also he was very nice and made me feel very comfortable knowing my car was in his hands. Thank you! I spoke with Cheryl, customer service rep, who was very knowledgeable about your company and actually convinced me your company was the one I should have the worked done by. Your tech, Eric R., arrived at my home at the scheduled time and completed the job within 1 hour. He explained when I would be able to drive my car and if there was any problem not to hestiate to call your company. Overall my experience with your company was wonderful. I also found that your company had handled my son's vehicle in December when he had traveled from Las Vegas and his windshield had been damaged. He too was very satisfied with your customer service.
