Ben was very professional, and knowledgeable. I was having my windshield replaced on my hatchback. My hatchback's door handle had been broken for months, when Ben had the door apart to fix the window, he went out of his way to fix my door handle too! I was very pleased! I contacted another glass company prior to calling Glass America. The price quoted by Glass America was quite a bit less. The other company wanted to charge to come to my home to replace the glass in addition to much higher rate for the install. When I stated the price was too high they wanted to negotiate.
