My technician was a young man named Randy and I did not get his last name, but he works out of Virginia Beach VA. I want you to know he was extremely courteous and professional in all regards. It is a pleasure to do business with people who know how to treat their customers and also provide great service. Additionally I spoke several times with a lady named Cindy in the same office who was very helpful and polite over the phone. All in all it was a great experience doing business with Glass America.
