Your tech, Eric R., arrived at my home at the scheduled time and completed the job within 1 hour. He explained when I would be able to drive my car and if there was any problem not to hestiate to call your company. Overall my experience with your company was wonderful. I also found that your company had handled my son's vehicle in December when he had traveled from Las Vegas and his windshield had been damaged. He too was very satisfied with your customer service. We had our windshield replaced by Glass America in the summer of 2009. This week, water started dripping inside the vehicle. Paul was our technician today. He explained the sunroof was possibly the cause, took time to test, seal, tighten, and explain the possible problem to me. He was very polite and courteous.
