Glass America - Salem, OR

I had used Glass America before to repair my windshield. It was just a pin hole that they plugged up. And the windshield never cracked from it. This winter (2011) I got a crack in the front windshield. This time I wanted to come to the shop. I have never been so happy with the service from the initial call to set up the appointment, to Steve who installed the windshield. After it was installed, he came out & told me exactly what to do & what not to do. He's at the shop in East Hartford, CT. As much as this was a stressful time, they turned a bad situation into such a pleasant one. I would HIGHLY recommend Glass America to anyone who would ask for a glass replacement place. They go above and beyond fantastic service.

Albert from the Orlando, FL location was absolutely wonderful. We did not have an appointment, but he was able to accommodate us nonetheless. David and Mike were absolutely the BEST technicians I could ask for. The first day, David was extremely helpful, very punctual, & went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was understanding what was needed and took time to answer every question with professionalism and know-how. He told me about how long it would take to get the materials needed and sure enough, I got the phone call exactly within the time-frame specified. On the second visit to actually do the installation, David and Mike showed up promptly and were friendly, courteous, and went right to work and had the job done to perfection in no time. They explained how long it would take before I could drive the vehicle and how long to provide proper ventilation so as not to disturb the glass with a vacuum. I could not tell the glass from my previous glass except that it did not have the word Toyota in it's corner. They did a PERFECT job and I could not be better satisfied. I was so nervous about getting my 'baby' FJ Cruiser worked on, but these gentleman made it effortless. Kudos to David and Mike, the best in the business!
