My technician was a young man named Randy and I did not get his last name, but he works out of Virginia Beach VA. I want you to know he was extremely courteous and professional in all regards. It is a pleasure to do business with people who know how to treat their customers and also provide great service. Additionally I spoke several times with a lady named Cindy in the same office who was very helpful and polite over the phone. All in all it was a great experience doing business with Glass America. I had an installation today based out of Chicopee, MA. I wanted to let someone know how impressed I was with the service and especially the technician Ben. I wish I had his last name, but his service was outstanding. I am an installation manager for a service company and I continue have to work day in and day out to have my techs demonstrate and execute the exact type of service procedure that Ben completed today. He called in advance, introduced himself, shook my hand, covered the scope of work and cost before the install, completed the install, explained the safety wait time and other necessary precautions, explained the warranty and who I should contact if I have any problems, and completed the transaction and shook my hand again. First class all the way and I could not have written any better of a scenario. Please see that he is recognized for his outstanding efforts.
