Just wanted to say "thank you" for the wonderful customer service provided to me through Exeter Glass. Robin was the "best" when it came to taking care of my questions and scheduling the installation of my new windshield. Robin sent out a representative from the company to my home the day I made the call to make sure that the correct windshield was ordered for my car.

The technician that was sent out to the job was also very impressive. Although I did not get his name he went to work in the coldest weather and put my car back together in no time flat.

In this day and age good customer service is hard to find. Your company provided us with the GREATEST service, and I thank you.

We will recommend Exeter Glass to our friends in the future and thank you again.

The guys of Glass America in New London, CT far exceeded my expectations when I had to get my windshield replaced. They came out to my house in Colchester and did the whole thing while I was at work. They also helped me out with a separate problem I had a month later; they had me bring the car in and did about an hours worth of labor for FREE.
