Glass America

We had our windshield replaced by Glass America in the summer of 2009. This week, water started dripping inside the vehicle. Paul was our technician today. He explained the sunroof was possibly the cause, took time to test, seal, tighten, and explain the possible problem to me. He was very polite and courteous. And, did I mention the temps were hovering around zero this morning when he was here?! I would highly recommend Glass America. Thank you.

The tech was wonderful, he came to my door and introduced himself and let me know he was there even though I knew he was coming. He was very professional. He answered all my questions and took the time to show me what had happened to my previous windshield and he explained to me about the dry rot of the rubber around the windshield and what not to use on it. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain that to me as I don't know much about that kind of thing.....I would definitely recommend your company to any of my friends, family, and co-workers because of the good experience that I had with him.
