The individual who installed my windshield was wonderful! He was very accommodating to my weird work schedule. We had a meeting time figured out and he must have gotten there a few minutes before me, but he was waiting patiently when I showed up right on time. I can't tell you the relief I felt knowing he waited for me to arrive. Also he was very nice and made me feel very comfortable knowing my car was in his hands. Thank you! From the moment I entered the building these guys were eager to get to work and make me comfortable. Keith N. set me up in the lobby where I was able to work on my computer. I expected at least a 2 hour wait but in about 30 minutes Rodney informed me that he and Troy were finished and I just needed to wait the appropriate time before driving away. Great experience, would certainly recommend Glass America to my friends or associates.
