The individual who installed my windshield was wonderful! He was very accommodating to my weird work schedule. We had a meeting time figured out and he must have gotten there a few minutes before me, but he was waiting patiently when I showed up right on time. I can't tell you the relief I felt knowing he waited for me to arrive. Also he was very nice and made me feel very comfortable knowing my car was in his hands. Thank you! I will recommend you to anyone who will listen!

I had used Glass America before to repair my windshield. It was just a pin hole that they plugged up. And the windshield never cracked from it. This winter (2011) I got a crack in the front windshield. This time I wanted to come to the shop. I have never been so happy with the service from the initial call to set up the appointment, to Steve who installed the windshield. After it was installed, he came out & told me exactly what to do & what not to do. He's at the shop in East Hartford, CT. As much as this was a stressful time, they turned a bad situation into such a pleasant one. I would HIGHLY recommend Glass America to anyone who would ask for a glass replacement place. They go above and beyond fantastic service.
