Betty, the customer service rep, did an exceptional job helping us get our cracked windshield fixed. She was incredibly courteous and efficient. The technician was also very efficient. We were so impressed with our total experience with Glass America. We highly recommend them.

My technician was a young man named Randy and I did not get his last name, but he works out of Virginia Beach VA. I want you to know he was extremely courteous and professional in all regards. It is a pleasure to do business with people who know how to treat their customers and also provide great service.
