Thank You to both Mike & Kathy for making my 1st experience with Glass America a wonderful & memorable one. One of my managers at work referred me to call you because my place of employment currently has you do work for them replacing glass as needed on their company vehicles. Coming to my work place is a HUGE convenience and providing me with outstanding customer service when Mike,my Service Technician,replaced my cracked windshield today. I was startled,disappointed and frustrated when a rock had hit my windshield while I was driving. I was very happy that I didn't have to miss any time from work while the work was being done. He performed the work right here in the back parking lot in the shade. He was punctual, professional and courteous. He called me when he arrived and when he was finished. He made sure that I was aware that I should not drive the car for at least an hour for safety reasons. I was very pleased of how convenient this process was from start to finish. Kathy who took my 1st phone call was excellent and very helpful at calling GEICO my car insurance company while I was on the line to arrange and organize everything in 1 phonecall. Thank You to both Mike & Kathy for all your help! It was very much appreciated and I will recommend you to my Family & Friends if they ever need your assistance in the future. Great Teamwork!

"I gladly paid more!" The windshield on my 1998 Volvo S70 needed to be replaced. I looked up 3 local glass companies, yours, and 2 others. Yours was the highest price of all 3.

Tammy was the only reason I chose to go with Glass America. She was the most professional on the phone. She gave me the price in only a few seconds. The total price, and said, "This includes our remote service, would you like to set up an appointment?".(Trial Close) LOVE IT! I replied "I am still getting quotes". She gave me a quote #9831 and asked me to call back if there was anything else I needed, or to schedule an appointment.

I called back, scheduled an appointment for February 9th 2009. Rick and Tony were "ON TIME", and replaced the windshield. It was so clean I thought I could put my hand through it like it wasn't there.

As far as I am concerned there is only one company I would use, or recommend for Glass. Glass America.

I had an installation today based out of Chicopee, MA. I wanted to let someone know how impressed I was with the service and especially the technician Ben. I wish I had his last name, but his service was outstanding. I am an installation manager for a service company and I continue have to work day in and day out to have my techs demonstrate and execute the exact type of service procedure that Ben completed today. He called in advance, introduced himself, shook my hand, covered the scope of work and cost before the install, completed the install, explained the safety wait time and other necessary precautions, explained the warranty and who I should contact if I have any problems, and completed the transaction and shook my hand again. First class all the way and I could not have written any better of a scenario. Please see that he is recognized for his outstanding efforts.

When I called to make an appointment, I was surprised that I was able to get a new windshield the very next day. Your tech, Jim D. was very polite and arrived during the scheduled time. Upon arriving he informed me of what he was going to be doing and asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I could tell he was a very nice person just by him asking about my dogs, who were intently watching his every move, and not just on another job.
