Scott Clark is an awesome technician. He explained his work while I watched. He presented great customer service. I work at Kohls and customer service is very important. Scott answered any questions I had in a professional manner. He had a great attitude too which is another important factor when dealing with customers. I will definitely recommend this company again. Upon arriving he informed me of what he was going to be doing and asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.
