I had an installation today based out of Chicopee, MA. I wanted to let someone know how impressed I was with the service and especially the technician Ben. I wish I had his last name, but his service was outstanding. I am an installation manager for a service company and I continue have to work day in and day out to have my techs demonstrate and execute the exact type of service procedure that Ben completed today. He called in advance, introduced himself, shook my hand, covered the scope of work and cost before the install, completed the install, explained the safety wait time and other necessary precautions, explained the warranty and who I should contact if I have any problems, and completed the transaction and shook my hand again.
