I had used Glass America before to repair my windshield. It was just a pin hole that they plugged up. And the windshield never cracked from it. This winter (2011) I got a crack in the front windshield. This time I wanted to come to the shop. I have never been so happy with the service from the initial call to set up the appointment, to Steve who installed the windshield. After it was installed, he came out & told me exactly what to do & what not to do. He's at the shop in East Hartford, CT. As much as this was a stressful time, they turned a bad situation into such a pleasant one. I would HIGHLY recommend Glass America to anyone who would ask for a glass replacement place.
