On the very rare occasion that a technician misses their appointment with you or needs to reschedule at the last minute, please contact your local Glass America office immediately. We will get a new technician out to you as soon as possible. If your appointment was for a replacement requiring a specific piece of glass, it is important that you contact customer service at (877) 734-6680 to explain what happened so they can set you up with a new appointment. We will have an open case for you and will be able to sort that out for you without any issues.

If you take long to have your glass repaired, there is an increased likelihood of the chip or crack getting worse or more prominent, and the entire glass may then need to be replaced. In the event the glass already needs to be replaced, we highly advise against driving, as the structural integrity of the glass is hindered, and you are therefore less protected. Knowing these to be true, we will do everything possible to get a new technician out to you as soon as possible.
