We had our windshield replaced by Glass America in the summer of 2009. This week, water started dripping inside the vehicle. Paul was our technician today. He explained the sunroof was possibly the cause, took time to test, seal, tighten, and explain the possible problem to me. He was very polite and courteous. The whole experience was easy and far exceeded my expectations! I was in a bind and needed a new rear window on my 2006 VW Jetta. From scheduling with Carrie, talking to Julie at the location, and Everett doing the work, all were very helpful. I was able to leave my car overnight.
