I am writing you in regards to a windshield that I had replaced. I had my windshield replaced in Worcester, Massachusetts.I just thought you would like to know what an excellent job these guys did! From my initial phone call to and through the installation of the glass, the customer service provide was second to none! Not only did i get a great price,I got a courtesy phone call from the tech telling me he was on his way over to do the job,and then i also got a call after the job was complete! Truly top notch...I am new to the area and own a small courier company. I will be using your guys for any glass replacement that i may need in the future and also will be telling everyone i know where to go to get the best in service and glass.

My technician was Doug and he was very professional and extremely polite. He was on time for the appointment and it only took him approximately 30 minutes to do the job and ovverall, he just made everything go very smoothly for me and my new windshield looks great.
