I wanted to take the time to tell you how wonderful the staff at AUTO GLASS SERVICE, an affiliate of yours, located at 5225 Highway 153, Hixon, TN 37343 is. They are a credit to your company.
We were on vacation when a wild turkey flew up and hit our windshield; shattering it. We were very lucky to find the Glass America business a short way down the road. Claude Haggard, the store manager, quickly replaced the shattered windshield in what seemed like almost no time at all. Angela Eaves, the customer service representative very efficiently took care of contacting the insurance company and handling the claim very expediently. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. They made the whole unfortunate incident almost a pleasure.

I find it necessary to inform you that Glass America recently replaced a windshield in my 1996 Subaru Legacy. Once we got the rain to clear and were able to schedule a date, they were on time and did a fantastic job.
They actually gave the vehicle back to me better than I gave it to them. The entire dash was clean with no glass dust anywhere.
I felt they did such a good job, exactly the way it should be that it needed to be mentioned.

When I called to make an appointment, I was surprised that I was able to get a new windshield the very next day. Your tech, Jim D. was very polite and arrived during the scheduled time. Upon arriving he informed me of what he was going to be doing and asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I could tell he was a very nice person just by him asking about my dogs, who were intently watching his every move, and not just on another job.

My name is Crystal B., and I’d like to share a positive comment in regards to the service of your company, Glass America.
My daughter’s car window was broken into the other day and needed replacement. Our insurance company, State Farm, had recommended your company and had setup scheduling you to come and replace the window. Not only were you able to service us within a 24 hour period, but you were willing to come right our home to do the work. And even when we called to confirm when you were coming and realized my daughter was going to be at work(locally), your service tech came to the parking lot of the mall in which she worked at to fix her window on the spot!! I think that was truly an amazing thing!! That kind of service is more than we could have asked for. Thank you so much not only for accommodating us, but also for doing a great job of replacing the window & cleaning up all the glass that was inside the car… It was truly appreciated…!
