David and Mike were absolutely the BEST technicians I could ask for. The first day, David was extremely helpful, very punctual, & went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was understanding what was needed and took time to answer every question with professionalism and know-how. He told me about how long it would take to get the materials needed and sure enough, I got the phone call exactly within the time-frame specified. On the second visit to actually do the installation, David and Mike showed up promptly and were friendly, courteous, and went right to work and had the job done to perfection in no time. They explained how long it would take before I could drive the vehicle and how long to provide proper ventilation so as not to disturb the glass with a vacuum. I could not tell the glass from my previous glass except that it did not have the word Toyota in it's corner. They did a PERFECT job and I could not be better satisfied. I was so nervous about getting my 'baby' FJ Cruiser worked on, but these gentleman made it effortless. Kudos to David and Mike, the best in the business!

The whole experience was easy and far exceeded my expectations! I was in a bind and needed a new rear window on my 2006 VW Jetta. From scheduling with Carrie, talking to Julie at the location, and Everett doing the work, all were very helpful. I was able to leave my car overnight. Everett called the next morning and said the car was ready at 10am. Awesome service. I hope I don't have any more broken windows, but if I do, this is where I will come first.
