I had an installation today based out of Chicopee, MA. I wanted to let someone know how impressed I was with the service and especially the technician Ben. I wish I had his last name, but his service was outstanding. I am an installation manager for a service company and I continue have to work day in and day out to have my techs demonstrate and execute the exact type of service procedure that Ben completed today. He called in advance, introduced himself, shook my hand, covered the scope of work and cost before the install, completed the install, explained the safety wait time and other necessary precautions, explained the warranty and who I should contact if I have any problems, and completed the transaction and shook my hand again. First class all the way and I could not have written any better of a scenario. Please see that he is recognized for his outstanding efforts.

I decided to look for a company in my community when I found your company listed in the yellow pages for Niagara Falls. I was most pleased with the customer service I received from your company. I spoke with Cheryl, customer service rep, who was very knowledgeable about your company and actually convinced me your company was the one I should have the worked done by. Your tech, Eric R., arrived at my home at the scheduled time and completed the job within 1 hour. He explained when I would be able to drive my car and if there was any problem not to hestiate to call your company. Overall my experience with your company was wonderful. I also found that your company had handled my son's vehicle in December when he had traveled from Las Vegas and his windshield had been damaged. He too was very satisfied with your customer service. I have notified my insurance company of your ability to make me a very happy customer . I will certainly call your company if I am ever in need of your services. You can be very proud of the individuals respresenting your company in the Niagara Falls area.
