I am writing you in regards to a windshield that I had replaced. I had my windshield replaced in Worcester, Massachusetts.I just thought you would like to know what an excellent job these guys did! From my initial phone call to and through the installation of the glass, the customer service provide was second to none! Not only did i get a great price,I got a courtesy phone call from the tech telling me he was on his way over to do the job,and then i also got a call after the job was complete! Truly top notch...I am new to the area and own a small courier company. I will be using your guys for any glass replacement that i may need in the future and also will be telling everyone i know where to go to get the best in service and glass.

I just had my windshield replaced this morning by your company. Thank you very much for your service. Overall excellent experience! My scheduled time was at 9:00 AM and the technician, Thomas P., arrived at 8:21. I was impressed by the quality of work as well as the prompt and polite customer service. I would certainly reccomend your services.

Albert from the Orlando, FL location was absolutely wonderful. We did not have an appointment, but he was able to accommodate us nonetheless. The technician, Luis, did an amazing job and the windshield looks amazing! The customer service was bar none and Albert did everything he could to make it an easy, comfortable time. I highly recommend Glass America for any glass needs. They were amazing!
