"I gladly paid more!" The windshield on my 1998 Volvo S70 needed to be replaced. I looked up 3 local glass companies, yours, and 2 others. Yours was the highest price of all 3.
Tammy was the only reason I chose to go with Glass America. She was the most professional on the phone. She gave me the price in only a few seconds. The total price, and said, "This includes our remote service, would you like to set up an appointment?".(Trial Close) LOVE IT! I replied "I am still getting quotes". She gave me a quote #9831 and asked me to call back if there was anything else I needed, or to schedule an appointment.
I called back, scheduled an appointment for February 9th 2009. Rick and Tony were "ON TIME", and replaced the windshield. It was so clean I thought I could put my hand through it like it wasn't there.
As far as I am concerned there is only one company I would use, or recommend for Glass. Glass America.

I am VERY particular about my BMW and who works on it. Keith explained the entire windshield replacement process, dealt with my insurance company and did a flawless job. Everything lines up perfectly, there are no wind leaks and the moldings fit like they were from the factory. A+ in my book.

The whole experience was easy and far exceeded my expectations! I was in a bind and needed a new rear window on my 2006 VW Jetta.
