I had a family medical emergency while Mr. Ellis Brandan was installing the windshield on my van. I needed to meet my young daughter at the doctor and was not able to use the van. Mr. Brandan volunteered to take me to the doctor's office to meet my family. My daughter and I appreciate him going the extra mile.

My technician was a young man named Randy and I did not get his last name, but he works out of Virginia Beach VA. I want you to know he was extremely courteous and professional in all regards. It is a pleasure to do business with people who know how to treat their customers and also provide great service.
