I work at a therapeutic residential school and was teaching a class when the technician arrived. My students were very interested in watching my windshield being replaced. The technician was very professional, and was extremely kind to answer my students' questions about the tools he used and how to get into glass repair as a vocation.

Saving me time and travel to the shop. I previously was scheduled for a 3pm appointment today at the shop location and was very pleased Glass America came to me instead. Ben was very professional, and knowledgeable. I was having my windshield replaced on my hatchback. My hatchback's door handle had been broken for months, when Ben had the door apart to fix the window, he went out of his way to fix my door handle too! I was very pleased! The extra effort was much appreciated as now I can use my trunk again.

I am writing you in regards to a windshield that I had replaced. I had my windshield replaced in Worcester, Massachusetts.I just thought you would like to know what an excellent job these guys did! From my initial phone call to and through the installation of the glass, the customer service provide was second to none! Not only did i get a great price,I got a courtesy phone call from the tech telling me he was on his way over to do the job,and then i also got a call after the job was complete! Truly top notch...I am new to the area and own a small courier company. I will be using your guys for any glass replacement that i may need in the future and also will be telling everyone i know where to go to get the best in service and glass.

I had an installation today based out of Chicopee, MA. I wanted to let someone know how impressed I was with the service and especially the technician Ben. I wish I had his last name, but his service was outstanding. I am an installation manager for a service company and I continue have to work day in and day out to have my techs demonstrate and execute the exact type of service procedure that Ben completed today. He called in advance, introduced himself, shook my hand, covered the scope of work and cost before the install, completed the install, explained the safety wait time and other necessary precautions, explained the warranty and who I should contact if I have any problems, and completed the transaction and shook my hand again. First class all the way and I could not have written any better of a scenario. Please see that he is recognized for his outstanding efforts.
