Ben, the Glass Tech, was very helpful in calling this morning and letting me know he was able to put me first on his list and would be able arrive in twenty minutes. Saving me time and travel to the shop. I previously was scheduled for a 3pm appointment today at the shop location and was very pleased Glass America came to me instead. Very quick professional service, thank you Ben!

I spoke with Cheryl, customer service rep, who was very knowledgeable about your company and actually convinced me your company was the one I should have the worked done by. Your tech, Eric R., arrived at my home at the scheduled time and completed the job within 1 hour. He explained when I would be able to drive my car and if there was any problem not to hestiate to call your company. Overall my experience with your company was wonderful. I also found that your company had handled my son's vehicle in December when he had traveled from Las Vegas and his windshield had been damaged. He too was very satisfied with your customer service.
