The whole experience was easy and far exceeded my expectations! I was in a bind and needed a new rear window on my 2006 VW Jetta. From scheduling with Carrie, talking to Julie at the location, and Everett doing the work, all were very helpful. I was able to leave my car overnight. Everett called the next morning and said the car was ready at 10am. Awesome service. I hope I don't have any more broken windows, but if I do, this is where I will come first. Just wanted to say "thank you" for the wonderful customer service provided to me through Exeter Glass. Robin was the "best" when it came to taking care of my questions and scheduling the installation of my new windshield. Robin sent out a representative from the company to my home the day I made the call to make sure that the correct windshield was ordered for my car.

The technician that was sent out to the job was also very impressive. Although I did not get his name he went to work in the coldest weather and put my car back together in no time flat.
