Jeremy was incredible. He was clear about when he was coming. He arrived early. He REALLY knew what he was doing, which he did efficiently and quickly. I have never had such good service. My daughter changed to the wrong insurance company. Found out you get what you pay for. On Christmas eve. I tried to help her by calling Roger Phegley to find out who they would recommend to use to fix her windshield. They gave me your number. I called and got your salesman in the office doing paper work and he was so kind to help me. He set up a appointment for Monday. Monday afternoon a young gentlemen showed up at about 1:00 pm to put in the windshield. He was so professional and kind. He is an asset to your company. Dear Mr. Rohlfing,
Today, Glass America came out to make a service call to replace my front windshield of my Lexus LS 400 which had been broken by a rock for the 3rd time in as many years. I was going to take it to the Lexus Dealer, but Linxus would not allow the repair. When I called my State Farm agent, they referred me to Glass America. The Glass America shop from Laurel called me back quickly and set up an appointment within several days, due to the dealer glass being ordered. From that point, the service was prompt and courteous.

Pat politely and quickly solved the problem and offered a far superior repair, with a degree of professionalism that was much greater than the past glass company that replaced my windshield last year. I told him that I had been noticing a great deal of "wind noise" after the last repair; and he found the area and showed me why and explained the problem in layman's terms. The last technician did not take time to "seat" the seals on the A frame bar and Pat did. He also allowed me to watch and learn from him, without objecting, even though I was probably in the way or slowed him down somewhat with my questions.

This attitude, depth of technical knowledge and understanding of the problem (that Lexus would have charged me much more for, as well as, the past company not completing the work properly and leaving me with "wind noise" in the main cabin) will make me a loyal customer of Glass America, as well as, prompting me to recommend Glass America for any glass repair.

Pat and the entire staff of Glass America in your Laurel, Maryland shop should be commended for their Professionalism, Technical knowledge, and Polite customer demeanor. Thank you for their dedication to customer service.
