The Service Technician, Jessy, is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. It was 100 degrees but he took the time to explain to me in full all that he did and all my options if there are any problems - making customer service his top priority.

The whole experience was easy and far exceeded my expectations! I was in a bind and needed a new rear window on my 2006 VW Jetta. From scheduling with Carrie, talking to Julie at the location, and Everett doing the work, all were very helpful. I was able to leave my car overnight. Everett called the next morning and said the car was ready at 10am. Awesome service. I hope I don't have any more broken windows, but if I do, this is where I will come first. My daughter’s car window was broken into the other day and needed replacement. Our insurance company, State Farm, had recommended your company and had setup scheduling you to come and replace the window. Not only were you able to service us within a 24 hour period, but you were willing to come right our home to do the work. And even when we called to confirm when you were coming and realized my daughter was going to be at work(locally), your service tech came to the parking lot of the mall in which she worked at to fix her window on the spot!! I think that was truly an amazing thing!! That kind of service is more than we could have asked for. Thank you so much not only for accommodating us, but also for doing a great job of replacing the window & cleaning up all the glass that was inside the car… It was truly appreciated…!
