The whole experience was easy and far exceeded my expectations! I was in a bind and needed a new rear window on my 2006 VW Jetta. From scheduling with Carrie, talking to Julie at the location, and Everett doing the work, all were very helpful. I was able to leave my car overnight. Everett called the next morning and said the car was ready at 10am. Awesome service. I hope I don't have any more broken windows, but if I do, this is where I will come first. My car was broken into last night, my insurance company reffered me to Glass America. They were able to replace my windshield the same day within a couple of hours. The technician made me feel safe and even vacuumed out all of the glass. I hope my car never gets vandalized again but if it does I will definitely be back.
