The guys of Glass America in New London, CT far exceeded my expectations when I had to get my windshield replaced. They came out to my house in Colchester and did the whole thing while I was at work. They also helped me out with a separate problem I had a month later; they had me bring the car in and did about an hours worth of labor for FREE. From the moment I entered the building these guys were eager to get to work and make me comfortable. Keith N. set me up in the lobby where I was able to work on my computer. I expected at least a 2 hour wait but in about 30 minutes Rodney informed me that he and Troy were finished and I just needed to wait the appropriate time before driving away.
