As a manager myself, I found the Manager/Tech very knowledgeable and very personable. I asked many questions, and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. In addition, Helen, the Customer Service Rep. was very prompt and efficient. If I had employees like these, it would make my job much easier. We had our windshield replaced by Glass America in the summer of 2009. This week, water started dripping inside the vehicle. Paul was our technician today. He explained the sunroof was possibly the cause, took time to test, seal, tighten, and explain the possible problem to me. He was very polite and courteous. And, did I mention the temps were hovering around zero this morning when he was here?! I would highly recommend Glass America. Thank you.
