We had a vehicle theft earlier this week that was devastating and resulted in a broken window. Our homeowner's agent arranged for your company to repair the window and we are more than pleased. When the installer arrived he discovered the wrong window had been ordered and said we may not get it until Friday. I explained our situation and how it hindered my husband from his job and he was back within an hour after getting the correct window. My daughter changed to the wrong insurance company. Found out you get what you pay for. On Christmas eve. I tried to help her by calling Roger Phegley to find out who they would recommend to use to fix her windshield. They gave me your number. I called and got your salesman in the office doing paper work and he was so kind to help me. He set up a appointment for Monday. Monday afternoon a young gentlemen showed up at about 1:00 pm to put in the windshield. He was so professional and kind. He is an asset to your company.
