Dear Glass America,
We are writing this letter because we were so happy with the service we received from your company. We hope that we are getting everyone's names correct. As you
may know, it is easier to complain then it is to acknowledge a job well done. We have dealt with other glass companies before and we were sick and tired of bad experiences, and jobs that were not done correctly the first or second time around. This is when we came across Glass America.

From the initial phone call to Kelly, we knew we were on the right track. She helped explain the process and took care of the insurance details, along with finalizing the
appointment date. Her professionalism and overall friendliness was refreshing. When Dennis arrived the day of the appointment as promised, he too was friendly
and professional. His attention to detail was appreciated, and he left our car clean after the job was done. Dennis did the job right, the first time, and our car was good as new.

David and Mike were absolutely the BEST technicians I could ask for. The first day, David was extremely helpful, very punctual, & went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was understanding what was needed and took time to answer every question with professionalism and know-how. He told me about how long it would take to get the materials needed and sure enough, I got the phone call exactly within the time-frame specified. On the second visit to actually do the installation, David and Mike showed up promptly and were friendly, courteous, and went right to work and had the job done to perfection in no time. They explained how long it would take before I could drive the vehicle and how long to provide proper ventilation so as not to disturb the glass with a vacuum. I could not tell the glass from my previous glass except that it did not have the word Toyota in it's corner. They did a PERFECT job and I could not be better satisfied. I was so nervous about getting my 'baby' FJ Cruiser worked on, but these gentleman made it effortless. Kudos to David and Mike, the best in the business!
