We had a vehicle theft earlier this week that was devastating and resulted in a broken window. Our homeowner's agent arranged for your company to repair the window and we are more than pleased. When the installer arrived he discovered the wrong window had been ordered and said we may not get it until Friday. I explained our situation and how it hindered my husband from his job and he was back within an hour after getting the correct window. After a stressful week, it truly made a difference with him going the extra mile. Thank you!

I had a family medical emergency while Mr. Ellis Brandan was installing the windshield on my van. I needed to meet my young daughter at the doctor and was not able to use the van. Mr. Brandan volunteered to take me to the doctor's office to meet my family. My daughter and I appreciate him going the extra mile.
