I had used Glass America before to repair my windshield. It was just a pin hole that they plugged up. And the windshield never cracked from it. This winter (2011) I got a crack in the front windshield. This time I wanted to come to the shop. I have never been so happy with the service from the initial call to set up the appointment, to Steve who installed the windshield. After it was installed, he came out & told me exactly what to do & what not to do. He's at the shop in East Hartford, CT. As much as this was a stressful time, they turned a bad situation into such a pleasant one. I would HIGHLY recommend Glass America to anyone who would ask for a glass replacement place. Just wanted to say "thank you" for the wonderful customer service provided to me through Exeter Glass. Robin was the "best" when it came to taking care of my questions and scheduling the installation of my new windshield. Robin sent out a representative from the company to my home the day I made the call to make sure that the correct windshield was ordered for my car.

The technician that was sent out to the job was also very impressive. Although I did not get his name he went to work in the coldest weather and put my car back together in no time flat.
