Glass America

We had our windshield replaced by Glass America in the summer of 2009. This week, water started dripping inside the vehicle. Paul was our technician today. He explained the sunroof was possibly the cause, took time to test, seal, tighten, and explain the possible problem to me. He was very polite and courteous. And, did I mention the temps were hovering around zero this morning when he was here?! I would highly recommend Glass America. Thank you.

From the moment I entered the building these guys were eager to get to work and make me comfortable. Keith N. set me up in the lobby where I was able to work on my computer. I expected at least a 2 hour wait but in about 30 minutes Rodney informed me that he and Troy were finished and I just needed to wait the appropriate time before driving away. When I called to make an appointment, I was surprised that I was able to get a new windshield the very next day. Your tech, Jim D. was very polite and arrived during the scheduled time. Upon arriving he informed me of what he was going to be doing and asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I could tell he was a very nice person just by him asking about my dogs, who were intently watching his every move, and not just on another job.

Ben was very professional, and knowledgeable. I was having my windshield replaced on my hatchback. My hatchback's door handle had been broken for months, when Ben had the door apart to fix the window, he went out of his way to fix my door handle too! I was very pleased! The extra effort was much appreciated as now I can use my trunk again.
