The whole experience was easy and far exceeded my expectations! I was in a bind and needed a new rear window on my 2006 VW Jetta. From scheduling with Carrie, talking to Julie at the location, and Everett doing the work, all were very helpful. I was able to leave my car overnight. Everett called the next morning and said the car was ready at 10am. Awesome service. I hope I don't have any more broken windows, but if I do, this is where I will come first. I contacted another glass company prior to calling Glass America. The price quoted by Glass America was quite a bit less. The other company wanted to charge to come to my home to replace the glass in addition to much higher rate for the install. When I stated the price was too high they wanted to negotiate. Glass America gave me the best price immediately and I got great service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for glass repair or replacement. Thank you Glass America.
