Albert from the Orlando, FL location was absolutely wonderful. We did not have an appointment, but he was able to accommodate us nonetheless. The technician, Luis, did an amazing job and the windshield looks amazing! The customer service was bar none and Albert did everything he could to make it an easy, comfortable time. I highly recommend Glass America for any glass needs. They were amazing!
