Albert from the Orlando, FL location was absolutely wonderful. We did not have an appointment, but he was able to accommodate us nonetheless. The technician, Luis, did an amazing job and the windshield looks amazing! The customer service was bar none and Albert did everything he could to make it an easy, comfortable time. I highly recommend Glass America for any glass needs. They were amazing!

My car was broken into last night, my insurance company reffered me to Glass America. They were able to replace my windshield the same day within a couple of hours. The technician made me feel safe and even vacuumed out all of the glass. I hope my car never gets vandalized again but if it does I will definitely be back.
