The guys of Glass America in New London, CT far exceeded my expectations when I had to get my windshield replaced. They came out to my house in Colchester and did the whole thing while I was at work. They also helped me out with a separate problem I had a month later; they had me bring the car in and did about an hours worth of labor for FREE. I had used Glass America before to repair my windshield. It was just a pin hole that they plugged up. And the windshield never cracked from it. This winter (2011) I got a crack in the front windshield. This time I wanted to come to the shop. I have never been so happy with the service from the initial call to set up the appointment, to Steve who installed the windshield. After it was installed, he came out & told me exactly what to do & what not to do. He's at the shop in East Hartford, CT.
