He also explained the warranty info as far as what is covered and what would not be covered in detail and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before leaving by doing a once over with me regarding the service. Great price, great service! Eric, my tech showed up on time. I had to leave for work, and took my other car. Eric called me an hour later to tell me one windshield wiper arm had broken during the install, and that he had a new one on order. Later that day the broken part was replaced free of charge!
