I am writing you in regards to a windshield that I had replaced. I had my windshield replaced in Worcester, Massachusetts.I just thought you would like to know what an excellent job these guys did! From my initial phone call to and through the installation of the glass, the customer service provide was second to none! Not only did i get a great price,I got a courtesy phone call from the tech telling me he was on his way over to do the job,and then i also got a call after the job was complete! Truly top notch...I am new to the area and own a small courier company. I will be using your guys for any glass replacement that i may need in the future and also will be telling everyone i know where to go to get the best in service and glass.

Absolutely fantastic Service! I called at 8 am with a broken front passenger glass window and by noon Rick, the tech, was at my office and was able to replace the window in an efficient matter. I had an installation today based out of Chicopee, MA. I wanted to let someone know how impressed I was with the service and especially the technician Ben. I wish I had his last name, but his service was outstanding. I am an installation manager for a service company and I continue have to work day in and day out to have my techs demonstrate and execute the exact type of service procedure that Ben completed today. He called in advance, introduced himself, shook my hand, covered the scope of work and cost before the install, completed the install, explained the safety wait time and other necessary precautions, explained the warranty and who I should contact if I have any problems, and completed the transaction and shook my hand again. First class all the way and I could not have written any better of a scenario. Please see that he is recognized for his outstanding efforts.
