My daughter changed to the wrong insurance company. Found out you get what you pay for. On Christmas eve. I tried to help her by calling Roger Phegley to find out who they would recommend to use to fix her windshield. They gave me your number. I called and got your salesman in the office doing paper work and he was so kind to help me. He set up a appointment for Monday. Monday afternoon a young gentlemen showed up at about 1:00 pm to put in the windshield. He was so professional and kind. He is an asset to your company. If anyone ever asks me where to get auto glass-work done I will give them your number... Thank you for being there for us. God Bless you all.

David and Mike were absolutely the BEST technicians I could ask for. The first day, David was extremely helpful, very punctual, & went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was understanding what was needed and took time to answer every question with professionalism and know-how. He told me about how long it would take to get the materials needed and sure enough, I got the phone call exactly within the time-frame specified. On the second visit to actually do the installation, David and Mike showed up promptly and were friendly, courteous, and went right to work and had the job done to perfection in no time. They explained how long it would take before I could drive the vehicle and how long to provide proper ventilation so as not to disturb the glass with a vacuum. I could not tell the glass from my previous glass except that it did not have the word Toyota in it's corner. They did a PERFECT job and I could not be better satisfied. I was so nervous about getting my 'baby' FJ Cruiser worked on, but these gentleman made it effortless. Kudos to David and Mike, the best in the business!
