The technician that was sent to repair my rear windshield was an awesome person. He installed the rear windshield quickly and efficiently. He did a great job of cleaning the car before and after he was done, and he was a blessing and a joy to have met.

I am writing you in regards to a windshield that I had replaced. I had my windshield replaced in Worcester, Massachusetts.I just thought you would like to know what an excellent job these guys did! From my initial phone call to and through the installation of the glass, the customer service provide was second to none! My daughter changed to the wrong insurance company. Found out you get what you pay for. On Christmas eve. I tried to help her by calling Roger Phegley to find out who they would recommend to use to fix her windshield. They gave me your number. I called and got your salesman in the office doing paper work and he was so kind to help me. He set up a appointment for Monday. Monday afternoon a young gentlemen showed up at about 1:00 pm to put in the windshield. He was so professional and kind. He is an asset to your company.
