My Technician was Joel. He was professional, courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend. The phone representative was great as well. They came out the very next day to my house, very promptly. Their service and courtesy was great and refreshing to find in this day and age.

I contacted another glass company prior to calling Glass America. The price quoted by Glass America was quite a bit less. The other company wanted to charge to come to my home to replace the glass in addition to much higher rate for the install. When I stated the price was too high they wanted to negotiate.
