Scott Clark is an awesome technician. He explained his work while I watched. He presented great customer service. I work at Kohls and customer service is very important. The whole experience was easy and far exceeded my expectations! I was in a bind and needed a new rear window on my 2006 VW Jetta. From scheduling with Carrie, talking to Julie at the location, and Everett doing the work, all were very helpful. I was able to leave my car overnight.
