Ben, the Glass Tech, was very helpful in calling this morning and letting me know he was able to put me first on his list and would be able arrive in twenty minutes. Saving me time and travel to the shop. I previously was scheduled for a 3pm appointment today at the shop location and was very pleased Glass America came to me instead. I had a family medical emergency while Mr. Ellis Brandan was installing the windshield on my van. I needed to meet my young daughter at the doctor and was not able to use the van.
