As a repeat customer, my experience with Glass America was positive the first time and was even more so this time. Robin was again friendly and sounded genuinely happy to assist me. Upon arrival, even despite HOT temperatures, the Technician was also friendly and seemed to enjoy what he was doing; he even reattached my EZ PASS. My experience exceeded my expectations and I will be happy to recommend Glass America to others.

The tech was wonderful, he came to my door and introduced himself and let me know he was there even though I knew he was coming. He was very professional. He answered all my questions and took the time to show me what had happened to my previous windshield and he explained to me about the dry rot of the rubber around the windshield and what not to use on it. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain that to me as I don't know much about that kind of thing.....I would definitely recommend your company to any of my friends, family, and co-workers because of the good experience that I had with him.
